About us...
Ukewarehouse.com was created as a way to stay in touch
with everything happening in the world of ukulele. We
are here to provide quality ukuleles, music and
accessories at reasonable prices.
Located in Northern California, I have had a
difficult time locating ukulele related items. Most
music stores don't carry any ukuleles, and if they do,
they have one model for about $30, not much of a
selection for the serious player! I wanted to create an
online store offering customers a variety of ukuleles
from beginner to beautifully constructed, professional
models. Currently I've focused on three major
manufacturers with a fairly limited inventory of models.
I am currently in the process of contacting other
manufacturers and individual luthiers and hope to be
providing a wider variety of ukuleles in the near
future.

If you have a particular model you'd like that I don't
carry from these manufacturers, please email me and I
can get it for you. In this case, you can even haggle
the price with me if you'd like!
Payment Options info...
Money Order/Cashier's Check/Personal Check
You can pay with money order, cashiers check or
personal check by selecting the email option upon check
out. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received
and approved. This can delay your order arrival. So, if
you'd like to receive your order quickly...
Credit Card Payments through Paypal
You can pay either using an account at Paypal or by credit card at
Paypal without an account.
Paypal is excellent and very secure.
Paypal is and has been the
standard for secure online credit card payments.
Return/Credit info...
Returns of merchandise for any reason must be approved
by Uke Warehouse. We will accept returns for store credit
only unless otherwise agreed to by Uke Warehouse. If an
item is damaged when received, follow the instructions
below.
In the event of shipping damage of items sent to you,
please notify us immediately, save damaged package and
contents for inspection of carrier. Please do not return
any damaged item until you have received an authorization
code from us.
Any merchandise you wish to return must have a prior
authorization code before it can be accepted for refund.
Please notify us within 48 hours of your intention to
return. Please advise us by
e-mail.
All merchandise returned must be in new condition and
include all factory packing, and documentation. Any
altered or scratched items will not be refunded.
We charge a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise
accepted for cash return.
We cannot return the shipping and handling charges.
If you order through PayPal, we
cannot return the fee that they have charged us for
handling your Credit Card. Generally this is 2-3% of the
total order. If you order via PayPal,
we will return your refund via thier pay center.
We do not accept books or recorded media for return
unless it is defective.... and we will replace it directly
in those cases.
Shipping info...
We ship using US Postal
Service. We chose to ship with them for 2 reasons. Reason
one is that they are the least expensive carrier we have
found for our items. Reason two is that merchandise
shipped through USPS is less likely to get damaged than
with other carriers.
If for some reason you would like us to ship utilizing
another carrier, we can do so if notified order is placed
via email. We can discuss with you via email reasons why
you'd like alternative shipping and make arrangements to
do so. In such a case, a handling fee of 2.5% of your
order total will be assessed. There is no handling charges
with regular shipping via USPS, only packaging and postage
costs.
There are some items that are not available to
International Customers. International Customers
please utilize email for orders, so we can discuss if the
products are available to you and how you would like the
products shipped to find the best shipping options for
you.
Refusal info...
At any time or for any reason, Uke Warehouse can refuse an
order from any customer. We reserve the right to not deal
with rude and difficult people. We offer products to
customers for the love of ukulele and will not tolerate
certain things!
